Monica Mroz

Monica Mroz is an associate attorney at Fishwick & Associates where she handles complex civil cases. Monica is experienced in commercial litigation, employment discrimination, employment rights, and civil rights cases, in both federal and state court.

Monica is also experienced in litigating claims for students against educational institutions for breach of contract, fraud, and consumer protection violations.

Before joining Fishwick & Associates, Monica worked for Lichtenstein Law Group, PLC; Lichtenstein Fishwick, PLC; and Woods Rogers, PLC. Monica also served as a pro se law clerk for the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia for two years where she worked primarily on the Court’s docket of civil rights cases filed by prison inmates. Before moving to Virginia, Monica worked in San Francisco, California with a small firm doing plaintiff's employment discrimination.
